We recently had a great experience utilizing the cleaning services of American Hoarders. Craig and his team were reliable and showed up when they said they would. His team is very hard working, do quality work and got our job done in a reasonable timeframe. They are professional and flexible in working with us. Craig and his team are very friendly and made many good suggestions with our project. Overall, we highly recommend American Hoarders and would use them again.

We were referred to American Hoarders by North Shore Senior services in Illinois. My mother was sick and after her hospitalization she was recovering in a local assisted living facility.  My mothers home was in total disarray for some time and infested with insects and rodents. I have allergies and there’s no way I could go in there and do what needed to be done, it was so over whelming all the stuff piled up and the smell was awful.  After contacting Craig at American Hoarders  he came out and looked at my mothers home and gave us an estimate for the work that needed to be done, he even gave my mother a senior and medical discount for the services. We had him schedule and do the work that was needed. When the work was performed Craig kept me up to date on their progress and within a couple of day the home was totally cleaned up and organized and ready for my mother to return home. Craig and his team were wonderful and at a reasonable price my family was very pleased with the results and rate American Hoarders A+ Rating. Thank you again for the wonderful job you did.

My Dad is definitely a hoarder and we needed professionals to handle the 5 to 7 feet high debris that he had been collecting for the past 40 plus years.  It went perfect! On schedule, personal care, and job well done! The crew and the owner even found thousands of dollars within the belongings and promptly brought it to our attention. Thank you American Hoarders for a job well done. My friend had passed away and left her home to me in her will. No one knew including myself the extent of the hoarding and state of neglect her home was in. I made several calls to several companies and the only one that was reasonable and sounded like they knew what they were doing was American Hoarders. They came out and gave us an estimate for cleaning out the whole house and salvaging what items that were worth saving and got the place ready for resale. They made an almost unbearable situation manageable and got us to where we needed to be in about a weeks time. Thank heavens for Craig and American Hoarders, excellent work at a good price!
